The oil fill plug on the 1988 Suzuki 250 4x4(King Quad did not come out unil 1991 but it is the same locatoin) is in the rear of the engine. It is located on the left hand side on the rear of the center cases. On that model the engine is located in the rear of the ATV and lays down in the frame in a "V" configuration instead of the regular "L" that most atvs use. If you go to the rear of the ATV and look at the top of the engine it is the only cap on the rear of the engine. The rear differential is also lubricated by the same oil as the transmission. There is also a sight glass to check the oil on the side of the motor on the right side(sometimes left). You will need to look on the side of the engine between the rear wheel and the engine. Look for a round plate with 3 acorn nuts on it(oil filter) and it is just in front and below that plate.
The transmission fill plug on a 2000 Suzuki Alto is behind the drain plug. Both the plugs are located underneath the transmission.
there is a drain plug and a fill plug. fill the transmission until it is level with the fill plug. it you can touch it will your finger or a screwdriver it is full. make sure you dont fish the screwdriver at an angle toward the bottom. just kind of straight or slight angle.
A 1999 Suzuki King Quad 300 should have a spark plug gap of .028 inches. A spark plug for this vehicle should cost about $2.20.
If you take the fill plug out of the side of the trans you just fill it up till it comes out of that hole.
under the hood
Spark plug gap is 0.028 to 0.031 inch or 0.7 to 0.8 mm
Remove the Suzuki 450 oil pan plug. Allow the oil to drain out of the oil pan. Replace the plug to the oil pan. Fill the motor with oil.
I am not 100% certain, and I am no mechanic; However, I have always used 0.028" on my 1996 Suzuki King Quads with no problems.
take out the plug and fill it till it comes back out the fill hole
