There are more than four H-D engines. Currently they make the Sportster Evolution engine and the Twin Cam engine for the cruiser and touring bikes. If you want, you can consider the V-Rod engine to be a Harley engine. The Big Twin Evolution is still available for custom bikes or as a replacement engine. In the past H-D has made Shovelhead, Panhead and Knucklehead OHV engines as well as large flathead engines and 45ci flatheads, to name a few.
the difference is that one is turbocharged and one isnt,but both are marine engines. Keep in mind,there is a difference between marine and non-marine engines.

The primary difference is the engines. The -203 uses General Electric CF6-80E1A3 engines and the -243 uses Rolls Royce Trent 772B-60 engines.
