To my knowledge, there are no engine size regulations.
If you can get it raised then you can get tires of any size as long as there street legal.
You are allowed to ride any size you wish as long as it's street legal. IF your under 16 then you are limited to 250cc motor.
50 cc is Legal on the street in KY.
A Bugatti Veyron Super Sport is the fastest street legal car with a top speed of 267 MPH. It has an 8.0L (488 cubic inch) W16 motor that puts out 1200 BHP.

the biggest difference is obviously the stroke and bore of the engine and the size of the engine
what size motor
No laws against size. Smog is another thing. Your car must pass smog. I believe after it's 25 years old they quit checking it though so... However, if you mean "what can I put in there without killing myself." I'd stick to the big blocks. A 454 will go nicely in there and EVERYTHING you can possibly imagine is already available so, no worries.AnswerChevy makes a 502 small block crate motor. Awesome motor... and because its a Chevy small block, tons of performance parts are available... not that you'll need them.
Yes! It would be considered as a ranger not much a difference except size!
It usually depends on the power/size of the engine. A small, assist-style engine usually isn't covered by the law at all, but if you try to build something of the power/speed of a moped/scooter it's an entirely different ballgame.
