The atc fuse is a power supplt for the tccm( transfercase control module) and other ttcm functions
The 4-cycle version will have between 11 and 13 Horsepower. The range will be based on the octane rating of the fuel being used in the atc. The higher the octane the hotter the fuel will burn and which in turn will provide more power. Also, the range will depend on the wear within the motor. A newer engine will provide more power than an older or used engine. The "power" factoring will also have a very wide range in the atc transmission. The lower the gear the more "power"... Power in this factoring will determine how much work the atc will do. Example: Work is how much the atc can pull or push. I hope this helps answer your question. WBT
Power Control Module POWER TRAIN CONTROL MODULE.
No, as far as I can remember, the Focus didn't offer ATC or SATC, so there'd be no need for a module. Give a description of the problem you're having with it, and we can better help you troubleshoot it.
The combination of the front control module and the under hood fuse box is called the integrated power module.
