The super is about 5cc larger than the regular 029. My guess is that in the factory if the cylinder did not pass inspection they bored it out and slid it over into the assembly line for the 029 Super. I had a regular 029 for 8 years cutting up about 30 huge trees around my house in WA. That saw was a dream, I miss it like I miss that beautiful 81 Cadillac I used to have. She was a dream too, LOL.
