Honda super hawks from my experience are strong off the line due to the good low to mid range low end torque stock they are just under 11 sec in the quarter mile. With some mods they can dramatically improve performance. For example a stage 2, jet kit nice pipes like two brothers and a 15t front sprocket will make it into a power house off the line with enough torque to crack wheelies at your will with little to no clutch at all. My old one kept up neck to neck with
A busa with a few bolt ons up until about 140mph then started falling behind.
