25 miles per gallon, as of 2004The distance a vehicle can travel on one gallon of gas varies by the year, make, model and condition of the vehicle and whether it is traveling on a highway or not. My car gets about 26 miles to the gallon but I can go about 35 miles to the gallon on my motorcycle.
That would depend on how far you were going.
It rather depends on how far a vehicle can travel for one gallon of petrol or diesel. It is such a variable mileage that a definitive answer can't be given.
Depends on the size of the tank and the miles per gallon that vehicle gets. I have a truck that will travel 15 miles on one gallon, and a sedan that will travel 30 on the same gallon. I have one truck with a 10 gallon tank, another with a 20 gallon tank.
Depends on what vehicle you burn this gallon of gas in.
We need to know how many miles per gallon the vehicle gets in order to answer that one.
4.24 pounds per gallon as per gas facts
I think it is about 22 liters at 2400 psi equals one gallon of gas
It depends what kind of car you have. It could take anywhere from 10-less than one gallon of gas to go that far depending on the car's gas mileage.
there are three letters
We cannot answer this because.... you forgot to include the miles per gallon figure ! A car that only has a 15-gallon fuel tank could drive just as far as the one in your example - if it did more miles to the gallon !
as of now I believe the average is almost $3 per gallon. in my town gas is $3.69 per gallon in some places and ONE gas station has it at $4 per gallon.
