∙ 18y agoif its a 9c1 or ex cop car you really dont want to remove any speed limiter because its not about keeping you from high speeds its protecting your engine from high rpms. a speed limiter works by cutting of gas at rpm redline. in civilian cars its around 100 mph and only for speed but for cop cars its about saving your engine. limiter usually kicks in at 5500 rpm or 154 mph ( tires are usually only rated at 130 mph so you really dont want to go faster or tires will blow ending in your demise) plus if you take off the limiter on an ex cop car you really arent gonna go any faster so its not worth the money it would cost for the programmer you would have to get new tires, a new tranny and bank account full of money to fight the reckless driving and attempted manslaughter charges for going 150 mph or roughly 100 mph over the speed limit! sorry speed racer. lol

what is the horsepower of 1987 Chevy caprice classic 305ci. 4barrel carb. thanks ironbutch@yahoo.com
The TCC solenoid on a 1995 Caprice Classic is located in front of the transmission. It is bolted to the bottom of the pump.
Our 1994 was listed as 24/26 , but my father swears it was 34 on the highway going 70mph>
if its in the reservoir it should be in the radiator of it is then it has a blow head gasket or a crack head
what type of antifreeze do i need to use on a 1995 chevrolet caprice
Possibly poor gas, condensation in the tank, etc, etc.
