Put an auger down the pipe and hit it with a hammer to put a dimple in the metal. Then drill away with a good drill and metal bit. You would probably be happier just getting new pipes that sound the way you want. The baffles help control back pressure which directly relates to performance. Don't be surprised if you lose some horsepower.
