Place the bike in a true vertical position by having a friend holding it. Then unscrew the dipstick, located on the right of the crankcase. Wipe it with a clean cloth, then dip it in and read the oil level. The level should be between maximum and minimum. This goes for all other motorcycles provided they have a dipstick.
if it is a 2stroke it can go like 90+ depending on the condition of the bike. if its a 4stroke it can go about 80 on the road

if you have a 4stroke dirt bike you run straight gas ,if you have a 2stroke dirt bike you run mixed gas
