How do you adjust a draw length on a bear whitetail hunter bow?
On my Bear Whitetail Hunter there are 3 slots on both the top and bottom pulleys that the cable sits in. One center, and on either side the others are marked with a plus or minus. It is my understanding that you need to put the bow in a press and move the cable position to the desired slots (plus to lengthen, minus to shorten). I am in the process of shortening the draw length of my own. As far as the range of length adjustment or whether both pulleys need to be in the same slots I am not sure. How do you shorten blinds?
What kind of blinds and which direction. Mini blinds. In width, draw the blind all the way up, hold tightly, and a hacksaw can be used to cut the ends. A power miter saw can be used if you hold the blind VERY tight and go VERY slow on the cut. If not experienced I would use the hacksaw. You can only shorten them by about 2 inches in width. In length, the bottom rail come off, shorten how ever much needed and reinstall the the bottom.
