Carefully scrape with a sharp blade held almost parallell to the tile to remove most, rub the residue with acetone.
Scrub it with hot water, then suck it up with a shop vac. -You may need to repeat this 2-3 times to get it all.
You can possibly get it off by soaking that area with Goff-Off and rubbing it lightly.
You may not be able to get it off that. Don't put acetone on a carpet, it will very likely ruin it.
