Carving a wooden pipe isn't really a tough task. Some materials are required for the process such as :
A block of briar, cedar or any soft wood.
A Drill would be needed with Gilmets.
A Ferrule
A circle
Grafter
Small Saw
Dremel Tool
Sand Paper
Milling Cutter and Chisel
Before you start carving out a wooden pipe, it is important that you have proper plan, a map or design as to how the end result should be or you'll have problems as from where to start or end the pipe.
Its time to start carving once everything is in place. Here are a quick easy steps.
1. Cut out the block as per the shape of the design you made using saw. We just need basic shape of bowl and stem.
2. At the bowl end of the block, draw 2 circles one inside of the other circle. This is mainly for deciding the thickness of the bowl.
3. Next, turn the wood and where you see the narrow part, draw a horizontal slot, just small.
4. Start drilling a cut in the holes outlined by the circle and the slot where you drew. Try keeping a thickness of 8mm, keep a depth of 18mm for the bowl and 7mm deep for the mouthpiece. This can vary depending on the design. So depending on your design, make the proportion.
5. In order to cut the edges and inside of the bowl to make it smoother, use a chisel .
6. Next, break out the sand paper and smooth out the edges. Once done, to seal the wood use a lacquer. Once dried, your pipe is ready.
Hope this helps.
A pipe clay triangle is used to support e.g. a crucible on a tripod over a bunsen flame.
You must find where the pipe is collapsed usually by snake in till you hit the break or uncovering the pipe till you find the break. Cut both ends of the break with a saw or chain cutter so you have a nice smooth end. Install a rubber coupling on both ends slid onto your clay pipe. Measure and cut a replacement piece of pipe to fit between, slide rubber boots over the seams and tighten. Be careful not to over tighten and rebreak the pipe. Sewer lines have little to no pressure so a snug tightening will do. Run water down line and look for a leak. Cover and silt in dirt and you are ready to go.

The purposes of the clay pipe are used for sewage that generated by hydrogen sulfide , drainage, make clay tobacco pipes and also used in sewer gravity collection mains.
The clay pipe was broken cleanly in half. There was a layer of clay at the bottom of the pond.
A pipe cutter is the best tool to cut PVC pipe.
You cut carefully so that the wire does not touch the middle of the clay.

A pipe clay triangle's use is similar to a gauze mat; to steady/hold apparatus on a tripod while usually they are being heated by a Bunsen burner.
