I don't know if the records are broken down by year anywhere or not but you do realize that, even if you are talking about just the United States armed forces, you are talking about some 8,000,000 men? Michael Montagne A total of 16,353,700 men & women served during WWII -- 407,316* died and 670,847 were wounded *(292,131 killed in action and 115,185 died of other causes)

To find the value of foreign currency from the WWII era, you can try taking it to an antiques dealer. They may be able to appraise it for you or refer you to someone who can.
You can't. There is no such list. There were over eight million men who served in the US Army in WWII, so it would be a very, very long list, which is one reason no one has ever tried to compile such a master roster. You have to approach it from another direction, starting with the name of someone you believe might have been in the WWII Army, and checking to see what you can find on that individual.
Info about 975th Engineer MaintenanceMy Dad served with the 975th during WWII. From training in Camp Claibourne LA to Europe to the Philippines. He served from 1943 to 1946. Was in Belgium during the Bulge. Went from Europe to the Philippines where this outfit was being staged for the invasion of Japan had they not surrendered. He is 82 and in pretty good shape. This outfit served in about 6 different theaters of war during this time period. What kind of info are you looking for? I just signed him up on this site.

I have a list of all the men that served in the 15th Infantry Regiment during WW 2. Unfortunately it is not broken down by "Company," but alphabetical for the entire regiment. Please feel free to e-mail me with the question(s) that you have so that I may try to assist you. Richard V. Horrell WW 2 Connections.com need to know if my grandfather served in this section of WWII.
I found a picture of a P40 with the tail number of 136504 in old photos that my mother gave me. My father was a pilot in WWII. The pilot in this photo looks like my my father and I assume it is him. There is information painted on the fuselage above the wing and below the cockpit but I can not read it. There is no other information on the photo. I do not know when or where it was taken. My father's name was Starlin Fane Litteral and I always thought that he served in the Pacific. He passed away in 1965 when I was only 18 and I never had the opportunity to learn about his service during the war.
You need to find an "Order of Battle" for DS.

Both served in the United States Marine Corps. I could find no reference to them being in the same units.
The question is non-specific. "Find your way to school in WWII" does not provide an envelope to open and address. During an air-raid drill? During a black-out to 'night school'? The question needs to be more specific.
