Emilio Aguinaldo is a traitor and a villain! He usurped the authority of the Supremo Andres Bonifacio citing that Bonifacio has no education! Bonifacio was the founder of the KKK and who begun the Philippine Revolution against Spain! After an election, Bonifacio was name Director of the Interior but still protested by Tirona due to his lack of education! After that, Bonifacio became angry and declared that the election was void and left to form his own government. Aguinaldo ordered his men to hunt him and they succeeded to kill the man who was the originator of the Philippine Revolution! With this hideous act by Aguinaldo, can you consider him a hero? For me he is a villain and a traitor!

Rizal was never chosen by Filipinos to become a hero. It was the American government who declared him as a national hero to become a rallying focal. The real hero is Andres Bonifacio. If Rizal was not a member of an elite family, he may not be declared as national hero.
Jose Rizal is considered the national hero of the Philippines because of his peaceful and intellectual approach to fighting for independence and reform, as well as his advocacy for education and social equality. Meanwhile, Andres Bonifacio was a revolutionary leader who played a crucial role in organizing the fight against Spanish colonial rule. Both figures are important in Philippine history, but Rizal's ideas and writings had a significant impact in shaping the nation's identity.
He was murdered by men he trusted and considered brothers because of the typical greed and personal ambitions of the ELITE!
