France did not surrender. In fact it was Germany who surrenderd on the 11th of November in 1918. That is why we have the treaty of Versailles. France was on Great Britain and Russia's side.... And they won the war
Germany declared war with Russia on 1st of August 1914 & in WW2 on the 22nd June 1941.
Yes after Russia declared war on Austro-Hungary. (Germany's ally)
they were lossers
I am assuming you mean the surrender of Russia in World War I. In WWI, the Russian Empire was at war with Germany. When the Red Russians took over, the new government surrendered to Germany in order to devote more resources to building their new nation. The primary benefit of the withdrawal of Russia to Germany was the elimination of an entire front, allowing Germany to concentrate more on its Western enemies. As part of the treaty (Treaty of Brest-Litovsk--), however, Germany also gained much territory (with its population, natural resources, etc.)

WW2 Russia did not drop out of the war. They defeated the Germans and captured Berlin. Before the war started, Germany and Russia signed a non-agression pact and they both attacked Poland that sits between them. Then Germany broke the pact and attack Russia without warning only a year or so later.
No, WW I continued until 1918. I should also point out that Lenin pulled Russia out of the war, which made it easier for Germany to keep fighting. They would hardly surrender because one of their main enemies withdrew from the fight.
Czar Nicholas II controlled Russia during World War I. He lost power during the final year Russia was in the war and the Alexander Kerensky was in power for the final months before Lenin took over and negoitated Russia's surrender to Germany.
Russia had to withdraw from the war due to the communist revolution in Russia led by Vladimir Lenin.
Russia didn't withdraw from World War 2. They were in the fight until it was over. In World War 1, Russia broke into a civil war, referred to as the Russian Revolution, causing the Communists to take over Russia, creating the Soviet Union.
World War 1 Germany invaded Russia in 1917 after Russia backed out of the war. World War 2 Germany invaded Russia during the Second World War on June 22, 1941 Operation Barbarossa
Germany must surrender its submarines and weapons
Russia fought a bloody civil war following its surrender to the Germans.
In the surrender of Italy, germany, and japan
They did but they had decided to surrender before the bombs. August 6 1945, US drops the first bomb. Meanwhile Japan was hoping for Russia to help with the procedure but Russia declared war against Japan and invaded Manchuria making a mess of Japan's service men there. Japan did know to surrender to the United States than surrender to Russia.
In Europe, Russia. They took Berlin, not Americans or British. In the Pacific, the U.S. finished the war. By some standards this "ended World War 2" because Japan surrendered after Germany. ==Another opinion== Germany did NOT surrender.
