we held up a flag in world war 2 to celebrate the Americans victory over the axis in ww2
yes they did not but maybe
In the streets wherever they were
we have learn that we should not fight and respect people from all over the world.
world war 2 was the first war to use weapons because world war1 wasn't a really hard war to battle as world war 2 was a really hard one to battle against over people and countries
People remember world war one because millions of people died. And also many wounded. Not celebrate!Hope that helped :)
People celebrate armistice day because it was the day that world war 1 was declared over. It is also celebrated to honor people who fought in all wars and conflicts. We celebrate it to honor veterans who have served and died for us in war.
world war 1

The reason why people celebrate World Peace Day is to mark the continued absence of war and violence in the world. This was first celebrated on September 21, 1982.

I think that people celebrate war because they started the war for a certain reason.Like: Revolution, Power, or just over a letter. I think if they win the war they think they've overcome the problem but as always it just makes it worse I believe that most civilized people actually celebrate the resultant victories in wars that were fought in defense of their rights and freedoms. It is usually the victory of good over evil, freedom over oppression and justice over injustice that is celebrated.
over 40 million people were included in first world war
