History would be altered: Civilian airliners would be "late" in having pressurized cabins for the passengers (pioneered by the B-29 Superfortress's), ocean exploration would be delayed (pioneered by WWII submarines, and rescue equipment), medical surgeries & associated medicines would be behind the times (doctors learned more about repairing human beings in one battle than they did in 8 years of medical school), foods for campers would be primitive (pioneered by military rations), back packs for hikers would still be experimented with (the military advanced the back-pack), projectile armor for law enforcement and VIP's would be behind the times (the military pioneered body armor). The civilian Jeep, and all four wheel drive vehicles would still be in their infancy stage; the military invented or brought them into mass usage. We would probably still be trying to reach outer space (military rocket scientists took us into outer space), we would NOT have nuclear power; radar, or today's computers (the Website). Your website was invented for military usage. Our administration from the 90's authorized it's use for civilians.

There is a ton of things that are good and bad that would happen. We would be in a more Futuristic Age, More Tech, And a Higher Population in the world. (not saying this isn't all good, could be bad in a way also)
