Napalm bombs were used first in World War 2. It is considered an incendiary bomb but it is made from gas, detergent and a device to ignite it. It was nasty to be around when it went off. Many people suffered physical problems from Napalm bombs and the Agent Orange used in Viet Nam. The Mustard gas was deadly and damaged those who did not die.
