The German army invaded and occupied Belgium at the beginning of World War 1. Belgium was a neutral country but was seen as a strategic location by Germany for its military advancements.
At first it remain neutral but then Germany invaded Beligium in Agust 4, 1914 causing Belgium to participate in World War II.
It was the other way around. Germany invaded Belgium in World War I as the first act of aggression. Germany invaded Belgium as a way to circumvent French defenses along the German border (the Maginot Line).
Production of the A5 in Japan began in 1976, but some Belgium FN guns were produced for Browning up through 1978. A special run of Belgian Mag 12's were made for the Browning Collectors Association in 1984. Keep in mind that FN in Belgium continued after the 70's to produce the gun for world wide sales outside of the US. These are considered "FN Auto-5's" and are not Browning Co. guns. auto5man

That shotgun was actually produced by Remington in the United States during World War II, when the FN plant in Belgium was occupied by the Nazis. Often called the 'American Browning.' Value ranges from $350-$500.
John Moses Browning (January 21[1] or January 23,[2] 1855 -- November 26, 1926), born in Ogden, Utah, was an American firearms designer who developed many varieties of firearms, cartridges, and gun mechanisms, many of which are still in use around the world. He is the most important figure in the development of modern automatic and semiautomatic firearms and is credited with 128 gun patents. His first was granted October 7, 1879. Browning influenced nearly all categories of firearms design. He invented or made significant improvements to single-shot rifles, lever action rifles, and slide action firearms. His most significant contributions were in the area of auto-loading firearms. He developed the auto-loading pistol by inventing the slide design found on nearly every modern automatic handgun. He also developed the first gas operated machine gun, the Colt-Browning Model 1895---a system that would surpass recoil operation in popularity. Other successful designs include the M1911 pistol, the Browning .50 caliber machine gun, the Browning Automatic Rifle, and a ground-breaking semi-automatic shotgun, the Browning Auto-5.
Depends on what your "good" translates to in the world of buying/selling firearms. A very broad price range would be 200-500 USD.

The M240 is a US variation of the FN MAG. The FN MAG was designed and first manufactured in Belgium by Fabrique Nationale, and has been licenced to other manufacturers throughout the world. The US M240 machine gun is currently manufactured by FNH-USA in Columbia, South Carolina (as is the M249), so it is manufactured in the US. Some of the earlier models (as well as earlier models of the M249 taken into US service) were imported from Belgium. There are rumours that some receivers and other components may have been imported from Canada (another country where the MAG is manufactured under licence), but I personally have seen no evidence to support this.
