Depends on condition, and what they are. The answer is too broad. You need to be more specific.
If it is all matching, all original including finish, correct grips and magazine, has the proper Nazi Waffenamt WaAD20 and is indeed mint (97%+) condition then $1,000-$1,400 to the right collector.
The salute is not racist in itself. But since it is a representation of the Nazi regime, which stood for a racist ideology, doing it now invokes the feelings of anti-Semitism. Much like how the swastika is, in fact, an ancient Indian symbol representing life, its use now has been bastardized by Nazi Germany. The salute is not racist in itself. Um, Yes.... Yes, quite a lot. However, there are many fake German medals and militaria out there.
The Nazi Drawings was created in 1967.

Given that Hitler was a mortal enemy of the US, Nazi Germany would never have issued dollar coins. Its value is would be given in Reichsmarks, the currency of the Nazi regime. That said, 1937 5 RM pieces were made of 90% silver and carry a portrait of former Chancellor Paul von Hindenburg. It is worth roughly $40.00 depending on condition.
How could anyone possibly work that out. - But whatever it was, it was worth it. The option was living under the Nazi jackboot.
Unless it's uncirculated, this coin (10 pfennige, rather than a pfennig with a 10) is only worth face value, about 5 cents. It was a common circulation coin until the euro was adopted in 2002.
Depending on condition, 10-50 USD.
The Third Reich was destroyed in 1945 so it's very doubtful you have a Nazi coin with that date. However, there is an American Indian symbol which resembles the Nazi swastika but with the arms pointing the opposite direction. You could have a good luck token. In any case it would need to be inspected visually to be sure. ...and anyway Germany never used a "dime", that is a purely North American value.
