As you know there were two parties in WW1, named "Allies" and "Central Powers". Allies were France, Britain, Russia, USA, Italy, Belgium, Japan, Greece, Romania, Serbia, Montenegro and Portugal. While central powers were Bulgaria, Ottoman Empire, Austro-Hungarian empire and German Empire.

The people dead on the side of allies were an estimate 5,525,000 while on the side of central powers were an estimate 4,386,000. Despite more lose in terms of causalities and injuries, allies won the war and it ended up with the division of all great empires like Ottoman, German and Austria Hungary empires.
