north korea has about 10 nukes on stand by and ostriches are cool
Since 2006
Iran,North Korea,Russia....................
Most likely not, considering the fact that North Korea's nukes won't be that devastating to America. Even when the North Korea lunches a nuke, America is going to show a massive retaliation, firing loads and loads of nukes onto Korea which will result in catastrophic annihilation of not just the North Korea, but also South Korea and parts of China, and possibly parts of Japan and Russia. With all the risks present, it is highly unlikely that North Korea is even going to attempt to lunch nukes at America.
Obviously two have been used in anger, but hundreds have been carried out by the Americans, Russians and the French. Nukes have also been detonated by the UK, Pakistan, India, Israel and more recently North Korea. Together the number of nukes detonated runs into the hundreds.

Yes, there are already some countries who had acknowledged that North Korea had already built and owned nukes.

I don't think so, not when the US is on South Korea's side with the largest amount of nukes in the world.
Its mainly the possibility of north Korea using nukes or selling them to terror groups is what's stopping reunification of north and south Korea

probably because north Korea is probably going to cause trouble and send nukes to us.
The America, more specifically the USA. North Korea has just recently begun developing nukes, and they are very primitive so far. the USA, on the other hand, has been developing and upgrading their nukes since World War II. Throughout the years, the USA has gained 5113 active and inactive nuclear warheads, which includes 1968 strategic warheads, approximately 500 operational tactical weapons, and approximately 2645 inactive warheads, compared to the very few that North Korea has currently.
1) The US and Russia are for the most part no longer "enemies". 2) North Korea is very likely to use any possible nuclear technology against South Korea, which is a US ally; I don't think Russia wants to attack South Korea. 3) As I said earlier, Russia is not likely to attack the US, North Korea is.
South Korea is not threatening anyone with nuclear weapons; it is North Korea that is doing the threatening. The motive behind the North's activities is to press for humanitarian aid using the threat of nuclear war as incentive for the West to provide this aid (like a ransom).
