It should be noted that the Nazi Party and Adolf Hitler came to power through regular elections for Parliament and by the appointment of Hitler as Chancellor by Germany's president.

When I don't know But Hitler did come to power when Germany was in economic crisis and Hitler took advantage promising a "better economy". The economic crisis in Germany was due to the unjust conditions which were placed on Germany for supposedly "Attacking" the world during World War I and because of it, Germans became bitter towards other nations and was one of the reasons why World War II resulted.

Inflation was so bad that it took a wheelbarrow of cash to buy a loaf of bread. Hitler convinced the Germans that it was all the fault of the Jews and that he could get them out of the depression.

Especially through the efforts of Otto Von Bismarck, what had once been disorganized and often competing entities were unified into the modern nation of Germany -- now governed by a single power and fueled by the ambition to outdo other European nations in the bid for dominance in the global community.
