Take a pinch of natural sea salt and put it in a shot glass of warm water. Use a cotton ball or a towel and soak up some of the water and hold it on the piercing to soak it. do it for about 5 mins, 2-3 times a day. If the sea salt is too drying, just use it 1-2 times a day and use just plain warm water for the other soaks. You can either use a sea salt mixture or an alcohol-free mouthwash to rinse the inside of your mouth.
