One thing could be acne's foot or some sort of foot infection or disease. Most likely it's just a small infection. Acnes foot is most commonly caused by walking on the gym locker room's floor where others have walked who may also acne's foot. It's probably just a foot bacterial infection though, not a big deal. But it still could be nescesarry to see a doctor, they could give you some advice.
It could be almost anything and it depends on where they are.
