It should include both right and left hepatic ducts, the Common hepatic and Common Bile ducts, and the Ampulla of Vater, with free flow of contrast into the Duodenum. It should not include filling defects (which can be air bubbles but are interpreted as stones).

The Cystic duct may or may not be seen, depending on how far the cholangio-catheter has been introduced.
