∙ 12y agoIt could be possibly because you may not be used to doing stuff like a handstand or a cartwheel. If you are not careful, you might invert or bend your hand or ankle easily. For a ankle, I'm not sure you could get it other than letting your ankle do whatever it wants. Basically, what I am trying to say is that your feet could invert somehow doing something like this. Falling is more common in my experience.

Put your hand flat On a wall then really fastly bend it forward shouldnt really hurt or you can do a handstand(if you know how) and put all your wieght on one wrist
Haha yeah...happens to me all the time but it's just a mild sprain.
It would be two weeks before it heals and if it is a really bad sprain it wounld take three weeks.
