Bad news- you can't add fat to your butt anymore than you can naturally control the size of your breasts. Nature gives you a pre-disposition to the amount of fat you store in specific ares of your body. by gaining weight over-all you will probably deposit more fat on your rear end, but not always. I know a few overweight gals with tremendous bustlines and skinny bottoms! It all comes down to genes in the end. If you want your butt to look bigger, do a lot of muscle building exercises to make it more prominent, and whatever you do, don't wear baggy clothing or stuff that makes your butt look non-existant. Always check your pants in the mirror to make sure they are giving your butt the most credit possible. When you walk, try to develop a slight sway in your hips (this is if you are a woman, I assuem you are) this will give you smoe femininity and enhance the look of your rear end. Also, wearing high heels tends to make it stick out a bit.
To get more fat around the butt eat lots of corn or carbohydrates.

Shaking your butt doesn't make it fatter, in fact it's mild exercise. What shaking your butt does do though, is wobble the fat on your butt. Because I have quite a lot of fat on my buttocks, my butt will wobble a lot more when I shake it than someone with less butt fat.

Fat: You can get fat from what you eat but you will get fat everywhere unless you research witch foods will specifically add fat to your breasts and well as butt. Muscle: Looks really good to see a girl with a butt of muscle. The butt muscle is called the "glute" one for each butt obviously. Do things like squats to get a lot of muscle on your butt. You now your butt got bigger when it feels sore... Because you hurt your butt by working out and your body will make it bigger so next time you won't get hurt, there for you must work out harder each time your butt gets sore. Overall, I'd say a little bit of fat on a butt looks okay, but it's not long before too much fat and your butt (and boobs, belly, etc) get wrinkly, which is gross. So, a little fat is nice, but mostly muscle, and do sit ups if you want to flatten your stomach so your butt would stick out better.
It's mostly genetic, with some people it does go to their butt, but there's also mesinteric (inter-abdominal fat) which seems to be belly fat but isn't.
