Feel their pulse, listen for breathing, and look for their chest moving.

You should be able to see the persons chest rise and fall with each breath you give them along with feeling and hearing the air come back out with each breath. That is where you get "Look, Listen and Feel" for breathing. You are going to see and feel the same thing as if the person was breathing on their own. You are just doing it for them.
There are a number of tests which are designed to uncover the content of a person's unconscious mind, but probably the most famous is the Rorschach test (which involves looking at various ink blots and saying what they look like to you).
The person is vomiting blood or coughing up blood, there are tender, swollen, bruised areas or hard bumps on the body and the person is confused, faint, drowsy or unconscious.
They just look like an ordinary Irish person. It is as simple as that. There is no particular special look to them. People might picture them as an old person sitting on a chair as others listen, but that's about it.
