Yes. The medical provider can report these to the credit agencies. yes it does, but if you try to make an effort for a payment plan and keep it up most likely they wont submit it collections. I've notice they do give you much more time than 30 days before reporting it , and some don't. Just work with them or if its to large to handle you might want to consider BK. Without credit, there's no future growth.
