Not currently, no. Asperger's is a psychological diagnosis, based on behavioral traits. Those aren't detectible via an MRI.

Currently fMRI (functional magnetic resonance imaging) is used only in research. Diagnosis is done based on behaviour and experience, and testing protocols like ADOS.
