Micronutrients are nutrients needed throughout life in small quantities. They are dietary minerals needed by the human body in very small quantities (generally less than 100micrograms/day) as opposed to macrominerals which are required in larger quantities. The Microminerals or trace elements include at least iron, cobalt, chromium, copper, iodine, manganese, selenium, zinc and molybdenum. Note that the use of the term "mineral" here is distinct from the usage in the geological sciences.
Element- calcium; Daily requirement-1 gm; Rich sources- Milk, milk products, green leafy vegetables, many cereals like millet and ragi (except rice); Essential functions-Formation of bones and teeth, activity of the heart and muscles, clotting of the blood etc; Deficiency symptoms- Poor bone formation, Dental caries, Dysfunction of the muscles, (Tetany).
Element-Iron; Daily requirement- 20-30 mgm; rich sources- cereals, pulses, meat, vegetables; Essential functions-Formation of blood; Deficiency symptoms- Anaemia.

Iron
These elements are called nutrients.
calcium, potassium, and sulfur
the elements in an acorn can be rearranged to make the molecules the squirrel's body needs.
These elements are carbon ,hydrogen and oxygen.
Human body needs energy to breathe, keep the heart breathing and to maintain our body temperature :D
Copper, zinc, and selenium are three elements that the body needs in trace amounts for proper functioning. Copper is important for energy production and maintaining healthy connective tissues, while zinc is essential for immune function and wound healing. Selenium acts as an antioxidant and is important for thyroid health.
Elements 1 and 3 are hydrogen and oxygen, respectively. When combined, they form water, which is the most common substance in the body.

The elements of the body are:Carbon, nitrogen, and oxygen
Some trace elements include zinc, copper, selenium, iodine, manganese, and chromium. These elements are required in small amounts for proper functioning of the body and play essential roles in various biological processes. Deficiencies or excess of trace elements can lead to health problems.
