Joh 10:30 The Father and I are one."
Joh 17:11 And now I am coming to you; I am no longer in the world, but they are in the world. Holy Father! Keep them safe by the power of your name, the name you gave me, so that they may be one just as you and I are one.
JW's will say this passage means "are one in purpose", but God is very clear and this is not what the passage says. It says "are one".
Quoting from Isaiah 7:14, Matthew 1:23 says, "Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us." According to both of these verses, Jesus was "God with us" when He walked upon this earth. He wasn't merely "God's chosen one with us" or "God's Son with us." As I Timothy 3:16 states, "God was manifest in the flesh." John 1:14 tells us that "the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us..." In Zechariah 12:10, GOD said that HE (God) would be "pierced" by sinners, and Revelation 1:7 states that Jesus Christ Himself fulfilled this prophecy!
Yes, also extra to John 10:30 - in John 10:31 the Jews took stones to stone Jesus because they knew what he was saying he wasn't saying his purose and God's purpose was the same he was saying he was God.
Phillipians 2:11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
It probably shows up about a million times because there are a billion words in the bible it's true, I am Jesus!
A:Answer 1 Christians believe that Jesus is the Son of God, so it was not necessary for God to reveal to Jesus, as he was himself divine. According to this view, the Bible reflects the divine words and work of Jesus himself.Answer 2 The Bible reflects real God word revelations whether Jesus or God the Creator.
God the Father is speaking to Peter, James and John saying that Jesus is His son and that they should listen to Jesus. An audible voice from the Father in heaven was also heard by bye standers at Jesus baptism saying the same thing, this is my beloved son listen to Him.
1Co 12:3 Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed, and no one can say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit.Php 2:11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
The Bible alone shows that Jesus is the Son of God and Saviour. If there is any doubt about the factual truth of the Bible, then there is doubt about Jesus as the Son of God and Saviour.
GOD THE FATHER
yes i dont have a bible so i dnt know where it is but there is a verse
thecolor of god skin is in Job 30:30 hope this helps
none Jesus didn't exist even though God and Jesus are the same person ( sorta confusing.... I know)
This verse is found in 2 Corinthians ch.1:20 : -"For all the promises of God in Him (Jesus) are Yes and in Him (Jesus) Amen, to the glory of God through us.
In the Bible, Jesus never explicitly said, "I am not God." Instead, Jesus referred to himself as the Son of God and demonstrated his divinity through his teachings and miracles. Christians believe in the doctrine of the Trinity, which maintains that Jesus, God the Father, and the Holy Spirit are one God.
The best parable I like of Jesus is the Prodigal Son. It is in the book of Luke chapter 15 verse 11 to verse 32. It shows us God the father is waiting patiently for us to return to him from our sins.
Phillipians 2:11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Revelation 17
It's not exactly the same as what you're asking, but see Deuteronomy 23:6.
Mark's Gospel has Jesus deny being God, which is probably the best example of the Bible saying that Jesus is not God. Mark 10:18: "And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God. "Another answerRevelation3:12. Has Jesus referring to God four time as my God. He says that he will write upon a follower of him, who conquers the pressures of this world and remains faithful " The name of my God." That name in the English language is Jehovah.
