Our Father - The very Creator of the Universe wants to have restoration of relationship with mankind (who He created with free will so that that relationship would be genuine). When we realize how buying into the lie of being lord of our own life gets us what we wished for…eternity where God and anything of Him is not (it's called HELL)…He grieves and does not want anyone to go there but they have violated immutable laws of which there are consequence just a surely as if you stepped off the 100th floor of a skyscraper gravity would drag you to your final splattering…He wants that restored and set up the only way to commute that sentence and restore your relationship…but who shall listen… Who is in Heaven - The Lord is ever present…before and beyond all space and time…without beginning or end…He fills the Ha'Sha'Mayim there is none greater…the place of His personal presence apart from all corruption and sin is called Heaven which is also essentially His presence Hallowed be your Name (Shem) - He is absolutely Holy…set apart and unlike any or all…and so is His Presence, Character, Power, and Authority (His Shem) This has been the section of Praise Your Kingdom come, Your will be done - He alone is absolutely just and good above judgment from human reasoning because only He knows the end from the beginning and what is right and good is determined only according to His will and purpose…He is Lord (King) or all the Earth…everything in it is as clay in the hands of a Potter but to man alone in the earth, He has given free will so that they may understand and seek not to be lord of their own life which is folly and leads to eternal death… On earth as it is in Heaven - our prayer that we could do this and that He would graciously accept our feeble and sometime inadequate efforts Give us this day our provisions (it says bread as in the word of God and the meeting of our earthly NEEDS not wants) Forgive us as we forgive (as we treat others is how He is going to treat us) Lead us not into trials (a begging…one may add but if you do please strengthen me and by your Spirit let me pass the test and learn what it is I need to know) Deliver us from evil (which IS real, and sometimes from within our own selfish self lordship and desire and lust for our pleasures and power, and other times from the effect on the weak minded who have not His Spirit from malevolent spirits, familiars, and such For Yours is the Kingdom, the Power, and the Glory - this one returns to a declaration of reality…a praise worthy statement of simple fact…now do we submit to Him or do we want to be our own lord (Genesis 3:5)…careful now…if you reject God you must in the end go to the place where He and all He provides is not…not fellowship, no touch, no water, no light, no comfort from your pain, no food, utter aloneness because everyone else there are their own lords…yours is you kingdom but you have no subjects and you are not the creator do all those things (touch, relationship, water, food, light, etc.,) are all things He created…those were YHVH's ideas and you will spend eternity knowing you are the reason you are there…you rejected Him and all that is of Him (John3:3-8; Acts 2:38; Romans 6:23) Please!
