"Liberals" generally refers to a political stance rather than a religious body. Therefore, the specific religious beliefs will vary from one liberal to the next. The most common stance among liberal Christians that I've encountered in some form or another tends to be a more narrow reliance on The Bible as fact as compared to more fundamentalist Christians. This generally translates into the belief that much of it is fables or anecdotes rather than direct history, that Jesus was more of a good role model and teacher than the Son of God, or other means of accepting the many of the behavioral ideas of the Bible without accepting the stories these lessons are found within. This should be taken with the knowledge, however, that it is not descriptive of all liberal Christians and certainly not of liberals en masse.
No the Muslims do not believe in the bible, they only have the quran.
This is the official teaching of the Church of Christ. However, as there are in many church groups these days those who are theological liberals, one may find individuals, including church leaders, who do not believe what both the Church of Christ and the Bible teach concerning Christ.
the Bible IS the word of God

false-novanet Liberals are an imaginary entity and therefore believe whatever the one imagining believes they believe.
False. Liberals are an imaginary segment of society; a society can believe many different ways about a given subject.
No, as you can get social liberals and economic liberals. For example, a liberal may be pro-choice and support gun control, but believe the government should reduce its role in the economy. Or vice versa.
The Ottomans
They believe they know better how to spend it.
They believe change is necessary to make society more equal.
If you mean the Anti-federalists, then the Bill of Rights.

The government should play a large role in the economy.
Liberals generally believe in more government involvement in our lives. For example they are for entitlement programs such as welfare, and social security. They also believe that things like abortion, and gay marriage should be legal. Primarily most middle and lower class people are liberal, because liberals are for usually for helping "Main Street America." However, there are always exceptions to the rule. For instance, some conservatives are for Main Street, and some upper class citizens are identified as liberals.
Some people do not believe the Bible, but Christians believe it is right.
Many liberals believe that civil partnerships represent a separate-but-equal segregation of gay people, but some are willing to accept it as an intermediate step on the road to marriage equality.
