I'm not so sure... I know when I tell one of my friends a problem that i have, I don't neccessarily feel like it's 'halved'. But you know what they say, 'two heads are better than one'. If you think your friends can help you, ask them!
you sit up all night because you are constantly thinking about the problem or thing that is depressing you so talk to someone about it and you should get a good night's sleep then as they say a problem shared is a problem halved. :) good luck getting to sleep tonight please share your depressing problem with somebody mainly someone your close to. :)

You should talk to someone, like a therapist, to get everything off your chest. Whats that saying? Its something like "a problem shared is a problem halved" or something like that. You could also write down all the problems you have, then write down how you can solve them. Also whiskey or brandy will help you sleep. Hope this helps!!
The dark figure in your dream symbolizes your own fears and anxieties. The figure is vague because your fears are vague; you are anxious about your situation in general without really knowing what frightens you. The dream does not predict the future and it does not mean that any person or thing actually is threatening you. It only illustrates your current feeling.
