Answer:

Yes, it is.

"...Ye shall keep My statutes. Thou shalt not let thy cattle gender with a diverse kind..." (Lev.19:19).

"...there is a certain people scattered abroad and dispersed among the people in all the provinces of thy kingdom; and their laws are diverse from all the people; neither keep they the king's laws: therefore it is not for the king's profit to suffer them. If it please the king, let it be written that they may be destroyed..." (Esther 3:8-9).

"...four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another..." (Dan.7:3).

"...behold, a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns..."(verse 7).

"...the fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon the earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces..." (verse 23).

"...the ten horns out of this kingdom are the ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings. And he shall speak great words against the Most High, and shall wear out the saints of the Most High..." (verses 24-25).

God doesn't seem to be as keen on diversity as men seem to be.
