You cant factor on the ti-84. however the ti-89 does do this but its almost easier to just do it in your head. Plus on the ti-89 the way you enter it in there is a very high risk for error.
The two models have very different user interfaces. For most purposes, a TI-84 is easier to use and much more popular than the TI-86, and this may have been the reason the TI-86 was discontinued.
Once a program has been deleted on a TI-84, it is no longer in the calculator's memory. You would have to get the program from where you got it, or, if you programmed it, remake the program.

If for some reason it got deleted, or you have the TI 84 plus regular, go to www.education.ti.com and download the puzzpack app. Send that to your calculator. If it is on your calculator, press the apps button, then select puzzpack. Press any key at the splash screen, then select block dude from the game select screen.
You can use the cables that come with the calculator to get them from friends that already have them.
