They are the generations of kings of the Israelites who ruled over the two separate houses of "Israel" and "Judah" (the Jews) after David's death, through the House of Israel's scattering by Assyria... and the House of Judah's (the Jew's) captivity by Babylon some 130 years after Israel disappeared.

They also chronicle some of the kings' behavior and God's Prophets' warnings and interaction with them.

First and second Kings, according to the KJV subtitles them: "Commonly called THE THIRD AND FOURTH BOOKS OF THE KINGS"... with first and second "Samuel" being the "otherwise called the FIRST AND SECOND BOOKS OF KINGS."

I Samuel actually begins the chronicling of the kings of Israel, beginning with Israel's emerging from the "Judges" era... their rejection of God as their Sovereign King, and the anointing of Saul.

Are the first thirteen chapters of the Koran copies of the Old Testament?

No. The Old Testament is written in the form of a narrative, while the Koran consists of lessons and commands, without any chronological basis. Moreover, the chapters or surah in the Koran are not placed in the order in which they were first written or revealed, but by size, with the smallest chapters last. The Koran does show apparent evidence of having been based on the Bible, but the style and wording are completely different.

Psalms 119. It has 176 verses. On a side note. The original holy writings that would become known as the Bible originally were not divided into chapters and verses. It wasn't until about 1250 (A.D.) that Cardinal Hugo de Sancto divided the old and new testament into chapters. And it wasn't until the 1500s that the first English bible separated into chapters and verse became available. It was called the Geneva Bible.

How many chapters are in ecclesiastes's in the original bible?

There are twelve chapters of Ecclesiastes. Not sure what you mean by "original" Bible, but you're probably referring to the Codex Vaticanus of Constantine which was one of the first to combine the old and new Testaments, and eventually became what we now call the Catholic Bible. Since, what was then the canonical Hebrew Bible was used as the Old Testament, and it contained twelve chapters of Ecclesiastes, I would say the answer is still twelve.
