If you consider this really important - perhaps your child is not doing as well intellectually as you'd hoped - visit a qualified child psychologist and allow them to decide on the appropriate method of investigation. If you think your child is really bright and want to prove it, examine your motives and then take the same course. In either case, don't even think about using internet or pop-psychology offers to analyse your child; they are unreliable and geared to giving you the answers you want rather than the answers that are correct.
The IQ would be 100.
IQ tests are designed so that the average IQ is always exactly 100. So the average result of children 4 through 9 on a child's IQ test is 100.
The average IQ for a 7 year old boy is around 50. However, this of course varies from child to child.
it is, but the age doesn't matter. you can be 50 years old with an IQ of 134 and process information the same as a 15 year old with an IQ of 134. the average IQ is 100. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm afraid I don't agree with all of that. the average IQ for an ADULT is 100, the age really does matter! If your IQ in a child's' IQ test is something like 134 (which is really good!) it would be considerably less in an adults IQ test :)
The average IQ for anybody, any age, is 100.

That depends on the result of the child's IQ test.

yes
atleast1 year ( normal child IQ 90 to 110 but superior child IQ is 110 to 120)

An iq of 121 if a very good score for a girl that is 17 years old.
Yes
Don't worry about IQ at 11 years old.
Age is not a factor in (most) IQ tests so your child's intelligence quotient will not increase over the span of his or her live. As for the score it is fairly average, but quite substantial if your child plans on attending college.
