Hi 207
invertors of braille system
the code is in braille. go online, google braille and it will show you the alphabet. then decode.
There is no "braille decoder", you have to manually decode it yourself.
It is not possible to get a Braille Dictionary in Pokemon Emerald. The Braille in-game is easy to decode as it translates into English. Decoding the Braille is as simple as using a pen and paper along with a printed Braille sheet for reference.
There will be a translation in the instruction manual that comes with the game. If you don't have this manual, look up "How to decode braille" There probably won't be any results if you add the "in Pokemon Emerald part
Memorize it from a Pokemon Leaf Green-Fire Red-Saphire-Ruby guide.
On that Island, where you found those dots, called Braille, have a Pokemon that knows the HM Cut. Use Cut on and facing the door that contains the Braille message as if it were a tree! And within, I forgot what the cave contains. Sorry! You can learn how to decode those dots, Braille, with the Internet. Just type in Braille on Yahoo! or Google Search to find the letters of the American alphabet translated to Braille!
Those symbols are braille letters. To decode them, just search "braille decoder" in google. They give you instructions on what to do to get into the next room. In the next room is one of the regis. (Regice, Regirock, Registeel)
First you need a Pokemon that knows Rock Smash. Regirock is found in the desert ruins on Route 111 (in the desert). Once you're in the desert, make your way South and you should find Regirock's tomb. Be sure you have unlocked the entrance first (done in the Sealed Chamber). In the tomb, the Braille code reads: "left, left, down, down. Then use Rock Smash." Follow these directions; tapping the directional button to move just one step at a time. The door to Regirock should reveal itself and you can catch it. (I acually decoded the Braille lettering in order find this out so if you have any problems decode the braille first. Then do what the Braille says to do, in order to get him open. If you dont know braille lettering then go to the search engine you use on your computer and type in "braille" they will give you sites that have braille lettering on them. Use these sites to help you to decode the Braille.)
There is no chart in the game but you can go to a sites that have video game information. Please see the below related link for a Braille Guide.
The Braille in Mt. Ember on Pokemon FireRed reads "Everything has meaning Existence has meaning Being alive has meaning Have dreams Use power. ". You can confirm this by using the Braille alphabet in the room before it.
The Braille Decoder sheet for unlocking the Regis in FireRed and LeafGreen was sold in the official guide released by Prima for the games. The Braille used in the games as a visual representation of the raised bumps and spaces of the braille language.
