Why are people bossy?

ok parents are bossy because like for example if u want a iPod touch and u tell them that the internet is free and it really is becuz it has a wi-fi technology and listen if they say u have to get honor roll or other things they are just jealous becuz they didn't have all these cool technologies when they were kids. yep that's true becuz when my parents came here there were no cellphones, well actually there were but it was very rare people had it.

that and they need to make sure you are not some snotty jerk. so listen to your parents!!

We're all insecure. We have issues that affect our behavior and the way that we view the world.

Some people act out their insecurities by expressing their need to control others; it gives them a sense of power to have dominance. But if you could actually take time to understand what's going on in their head, you would find that they are constantly questioning their own value, and feel more important when they attempt to dominate others.

True leaders "Show" how it's done, rather than telling people what to do. True leaders understand that we all have needs to feel autonomous and valuable, and as such, those true leaders give everyone the opportunity to contribute.

Mothers want the best for us, they really do, even if it doesn't look like it. Some Moms can be bossy, but its for a good reason. They want you to be organized and ready for anything. If they ask you to do chores, that means they don't want you to be lazy when you grow up. When you think your mom treats you like a baby, even though you are already a teenager, that means they love you and care about you very much.
