Kissing the hands of your mother, father, teacher, son, daughter and any respectable person is not haram in Islam. Well, you may kiss the hands of your king or Teacher, a religious scholar. Worshiping is meant only for Almighty Allah. No one other than Allah Almighty deserves worship.

Kissing of hands is just showing respect. It is advisable if you kiss the hands of your mother/father before you go to bed.
