Dear Sirs and Madam:
If you begin the letter with 'Dear Sir or Dear Madam', the letter should end 'Yours Faithfully'. If you start a letter with the persons name it should end 'Yours Sincerely'
You only end a letter with Yours Sincerely when you address the person by name (eg Dear Mr Jones). If you start with Dear Sir (or Madam) you end with Yours Faithfully. ♣

It depends how you started it. If you started with 'Dear sir (or madam) you finish with 'yours faithfully. If you began with Dear Mr (or Mrs) Smith, you end with 'yours sincerely'
if you are sending a letter on the right hand corner you write the address of whom this letter is for then on the other line you write dear remember at the end of your letter to write sincerely, love, your friend, etc.
