Honorable dasho, our new RTO and the out going rto, Madam and all my friends here; a very warm welc ome and good evening. We are indeed very happy to have dasho in this special occasion, thank you dasho, we are also glad to see our new RTO here, welcome la sir; and now I would like to say some words on behalf of we all here; to our outgoing rto. It is somewhat a mixed feelings for us; happy and sad; happy is that we have our new rto and at the sad time our rto is leaving for the betterment of our nation; sad is that we will never come across such boss ; indeed bola sir is good I heard; still we will miss our old rto; he is such a gentle , boss, understanding and cooperative boss. He was never rude to anyone nor partial to any one; I have seen him hardworking too. We learnt so much from him. We wish him a success in his next step and happy new year to all.

How to give farewell speech to the boss
farewell speech
no. to juniors in my bank
When writing a short farewell speech for a boss who is retiring you should try to tailor your speech for the person in question. Make sure you mention their career achievements and how much their commitment and input has been valued within the company. Have some examples to make them know that you really have thought about it. Wish them well in their retirement and let them know that they will be missed.
probably not because on his farewell speech he said once you work for Mr.McMahon you cant work for another boss
Certainly! Here is an example of a concise farewell speech from juniors to their seniors: "As we bid farewell to our seniors, we want to express our gratitude for your guidance and support. Your leadership has been inspiring, and we have learned valuable lessons from your experience. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors, and your legacy will always be cherished in our hearts."

The Farewell Speech, 1601
A good speech to give on farewell day should consist of emotions and personal stories. For example, express how you feel about the people you're saying goodbye to and express the impact they have had on your lives or the lessons they've taught you.
I think the best farewell speech will be one you think of yourself and actually mean it. It would just be more dramatic and appealing for everyone, and interesting to listen to. Otherwise, you can always find farewell poems on google and use them as parts of your speech.
Me personally? No.
