Ideally logistics should be arranged so that its management is autonimous. Then as soon as a slight unbalance is apparent the demand prices can instantly self-adjust so that it becomes more worthwhile for the goods to go where the more money can pay for them. Unfortunately due to the bad government, greed, customs control and monopolization of industrial processes, this natural procedure is not allowed to occur.
