I think it all depends on how long you've been a logistics manager and your ambition. You certainly need a college degree for either position and have experience working in the warehouse to understand all aspects of the job.
It really depends on the area, how long the manager has been with the company, etc etc. Generally for my area a store manager starts at around 50-55k a year DOE. If you're in an area like Alaska where the living costs are hire, your salary will generally be quite a bit higher.
