try actually listening to what your employees say, they have a different view on things that can be helpful. bosses who do not listen will be disrespected behind there backs far more then one who shows respect for the employees.

now remember, even though you LISTEN and CONSIDER what they say that does NOT mean you have to follow it! you are boss and that is that. (also do not let them walk all over you either)
