cats don't go to heaven
If there are no cats in heaven, then it wouldn't be much of a heaven. I believe that all living creatures have souls. A soul is energy, energy cannot be destroyed. So, it has to go somewhere! I believe that a cat's soul carries on into the afterlife.

T.S. Eliot's book "Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats" is the basis for this award-winning musical. However, to describe it is almost impossible. A very simple overview, is that the cast is entirely cats - gathered for the 'Jellicle Ball' that occurs each year. ('Jellicle' is the term used by the cats to describe themselves.) An ensemble cast largely introduces one after another to the audience, while celebrating the event, interspersed with a variety of music (including the legendary "Memory"). At the end, the elder cat, Old Deuteronomy takes one of the the attendees to the Heaviside Layer to begin a new life (a symbol for heaven).
We don't know if there is a cat heaven but I'm sure there is and you must of dreamed it seeing her soul. <><><> Hell is a place of punishment. Kittens, cats (and puppies, gerbils, goldfish, etc) cannot commit sins that would result in being damned- so no, they do not go to Hell. Do they go to Heaven? Don't know. Hope so. My kittens have been my friends- I would miss them a lot if they don't.
